Rice Vermicelli And Sweet Prawn Sauce:
Rice vermicelli and sweet prawn sauce is known as "Khanom Jeen Nam Phrik" (ขนมจีนน้ำพริก ) in Thai. It is one of the most Thai 's favourite noodle dish. It has low colories and quite delicious.
Food Ingredients :
- Five hundred of shelled prawn fish
- Half a cup of flower tempura
- Half a cup of cabbage leaves
- Four cups of coconut milk
- Fried dried chillies
- Four tablespoon of chopped garlic
- Six tablespoon of sugar
- Seven tablespoon of fish sauce
- Eight tablespoon of lemon juice
- Five hundred grams of rice vermicelli
- Half a cup of cooking oil
- Ten dried samll chillies
Spice Mixture Ingredients :
- Five tablespoon of roasted shallot
- Two tablespoon of dried chilli
- Four tablespoon of roasted garlic
- Chopped coriander root
Food Preparation
- Pound coriander root, roasted garlic, shallot, and mixed them together.
- Put one cup of coconut cream into a pot. Then heat it up . Remove the oil surface
- Heat the remaining coconut mil with a cup of boiling water and prawns. After the prawns are well cooked, pound them well. Then put them aside.
- Add the mungbeans and fish sauce into prawns and coconut milk. Remove the pot from the heat.
- Serve Five coils of rice vermicelli with the sweet and sour prawn sauce.
