Prohibited Jobs for Foreigner in Thailand
| According to Thai Alien Business Law, a foreigner who enters the kingdom of Thailand is not allowed to work for a job under categories A and B. The foreigner may work for the job that fall in category C, only if he/she obtains the work permit before entering the kingdom. |

Agriculture: Rice & Salt farming
Commercial Business: Land & Agriculture product trading
Service Business: Architecture, Accounting, Advertising, Auctioning, Beautician.
Category B:
Agriculture: Silk Worm Rasing, Lumbering, Fishing
Handicraft & Industrial: alchohol & non alcohol manufacturing, match making, gold & silver minging, Newspaper printing & Publishing, Products of silk manufacturing.
Service Business: Tour agency, Photography, Hotels
Category C:
Industrial: Textile Manufacturing & Dying, Vegetable oil extraction, Fabric Printing, Rock Salt mining.
The services that are not in A & B.
