Thai Retirement Visa :

     Retiring in Thailand has many advantages, especially if you come from western countries like USA, England, Germany, etc.  Thailand has low cost of living, the people of Thailand has great hospitality.

Procedures for Applying for Retirement Visa :

  • Before you can apply for Retirement Visa, you need to have a Non-immigrant visa. Check our Non-immigrant visa section for further details.

Application Requirements:

  • Filled out T.M.7 Application Form
  • Recent photograph (4 X 6 cm.)
  • 500 Baht application fee
  • Proof of financial mean
  • A letter from your embassy.( A note that says you want to retire in Thailand.)
  • For an applicant who is older than fifty years old, you will need to have a proof of 80,000 Baht in Thai bank account. Or you must have at least 65,000 Baht of monthly income Or a combination of both.
